Shani Syphrett-Haynes is an award-winning strategist, business advisor, and creative executive coach. She has spent over 10 years working with brands, creative agencies, startups, and small businesses to adapt in a rapidly changing world through smart insights, community engagement, and value-driven strategies.
Her extensive experience includes work for brands in media & entertainment, art & culture, fashion & beauty, startup & VC, banking, insurance, consumer tech, retail and education. Her client list includes brands like Samsung, JP Morgan Chase, Maybelline, The Gap, State Farm, HBO, Microsoft, and Essence Magazine. And she has a suite of others, led by people of color, that she would love to introduce you to.
She is currently a Brand Marketing Lead for Pinterest and is also the founder of Jamila Studio, a boutique consulting firm specializing in career and business growth for diverse creative executives and entrepreneurs.
Shani is a studied undergraduate Biology and Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, graduate-level interior architecture at the Boston Architectural College, and is an ICF-trained executive coach
